What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹999; a flat ₹49 below that. We dispatch in 1 business day and the courier takes 2-4 business days to metro addresses, 4-7 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal.
What size photographs will fit?
Every listing gives the page size and, for slip-in albums, the pocket size. A 4×6 pocket album will not take a 5×7 print, and a scrapbook page sized 12×12 needs a 12×12 sleeve if you want to protect it. Measure the print, not the frame you remember it in.
Are the pages acid-free?
Where the listing says so, that is the paper mill’s specification. It means the page will not yellow the way ordinary stock does; it is not a guarantee about the photograph, which depends far more on the print type and on keeping the album out of sunlight and damp.
Can I return something that did not suit me?
Within 10 days of delivery, yes — provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. An album with anything mounted or written in counts as used.
Is there a warranty?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty offered through this shop, and we will not claim one. What is covered is an item that arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or short of its listed contents: send the unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace or refund.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel. If it stops moving for two working days, write to us and we will chase the hub.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Maviro Bazaar is online-only; the address on our invoices is a registered office and packing room, not a counter, so there is nothing to visit or collect from.
